Shipping policy
We are located in the United States and usually ship within 2 business days from New York after you place your order. All orders placed during the weekend or on one of the holidays listed below are processed the next business day.

Delivery times depends on the shipping method you select at check out. Delivery time is in addition to standard processing time. The following delivery times are only an estimate and does NOT guarantee delivery dates or time in transit:
- Standard / Ground shipping is through USPS or UPS and usually takes 1 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery destination.
- USPS Priority Mail: takes 1 to 3 business days.
- USPS Media Mail: takes 2 to 10 business days.
- UPS Next Day: 1 business day. Weekends are not considered transit days.
- UPS 2nd Day: 2 business days. Weekends are not considered transit days.
The day of shipment is not considered a transit day by any of our carriers, no matter what time the order is placed, processed, or shipped.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier, and may vary by destination, especially during peak seasons. Transit times may also be affected by weather-related events, which are beyond the control of the shipping provider and are not refundable.
With all being said, for standard shipping we recommend ordering at least 10 business days before your event to allow for processing and shipping time.
